Lorenzo Hodges is an innovation strategist with over eighteen (18) years of delivering solutions across diverse service and manufacturing industries. He has expertise in innovation management, experience design, new product and service development, marketing and digital innovation. He is the Founder and CEO of Plain White Table Inc., a boutique innovation strategy firm supporting executives and organizations to drive sustainable growth through embedding innovation into corporate strategy, culture, structures and business processes. He is also Founder and Managing Director of Circulate Life, a non-profit organization developing innovations in the health sector. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, for more than eighteen (18) years, Lorenzo has been a key part of successful innovation in action. For 15 of those years, he worked for the Caribbean's leading and award-winning software development company. Among his many leadership roles, he was the Business Development Manager in the Innovation and New Business Unit. He was also the resident expert in Experience Design, defining ways in which to make products and services that resonate with customers and users. Among other accomplishments, Lorenzo was part of the winning team of the inaugural NCB Jamaica Digital Innovation Challenge 2016, having designed and presented a solution that could revolutionize how banks deliver rich modern customer experiences. Lorenzo has a degree in Accounting and graduated with distinction from the UWI, Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business with an International Master of Business Development and Innovation. As an exemplary student of Innovation, he was the recipient of the Executive Directors Award for his graduating class. Furthermore, he has been trained and certified in different innovation techniques by the world-renowned innovation and consulting company, IDEO. Lorenzo has more than fifteen (15) years facilitation and lecturing experience. In the field of innovation has facilitated training for organisations such as the UWI Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, the UWI Institute of Critical Thinking Institute and the BrightPath Foundation - a non-profit organisation. Lorenzo is also part of the adjunct faculty at UWI Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business (ALJGSB) where he lectures across three (3) Masters programmes, teaching courses in Electronic & Mobile Commerce, Digital & Social Marketing and Product Design & Development. With his passion for youth development, Lorenzo has been the Primary Coordinator for the NorthGate College Male Empowerment Initiative (MEI) over the last eight (8) years. He has led the team which develops and delivers ethical manhood development training and mentorship for the boys of the college.
