About The Speaker
James studied at Andrew’s University and was successfully awarded both a Bachelor of Science’s Degree in Computing and a Minor in Business Administration. After attending the university, he joined The Office of the Prime Minister, where he began his software engineering career as a .NET Programmer. There he developed the ministry’s first .net software to manage students of the Tele-Centre Project. He continued his development working for a number of industries heading a number of IT Departments such as 800-Tech as the organization’s Senior Software Developer, American Stores – IT Manager, PSCU – IT Manager and a number of under institutions until his current position, as Manager of Applications Development and Management at TSTT. At TSTT he and his team were able develop and implement a number of key applications such as the bOnline (eService) application, TSTTs first CRM solution and the ever popular eTender application to which he received the Innovator of the year award for the development of the solution. He is a meticulous and hard-working professional who thrives in a fast-paced working environment. He relies on his coping techniques, self-direction, motivation, as well as his keen planning and strategizing skills to navigate projects to completion. These competencies, when married to his technical expertise in IT, presents him as an individual prone to success. Respected by his peers, and relied on by his seniors, James makes his presence known in any team, effecting functionality, high codes of ethics and professional conduct as a unit.
